Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and also fitted wardrobes.
bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, and again fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have cool air fans for your convenience.
bathrooms: separate bathroom with over-bath shower, wc, bidet, washbasin, mirror and shelves.
kitchen: the kitchen is fitted to a high standard with oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There are more than enough utensils, pots and pans available to make your stay more convenient.
living rooms: the lounge area has a 3 seater luxuryleather sofa bed, easy chair, flat screen tv with dvd player and cd/radio stereo system with ipod dock. An extensive selection of dvds are available for your convenience.
air-conditioning/heating also provided.
other: the terrace is through the patio doors,in the lounge area. This has lovely outdoor furniture, ideal for alfresco dining.
the dining area has an oak table and 4 high back leather chairs.
there is also a communal roof sun terrace for sunbathing.
cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: all bedding, linen and towels are provided, which are freshly laundered for each letting. A cleaning / laundry fee of £40 is charged per booking with an optional meet and greet service available if required.

The Mar Menor beaches are only 15 mins drive away.
Eating out - Situated not far from the main entrance of the complex is an industrial estate comprising of several bars & restaurants. Our recommendations would be The Jailpur Palace Indian Restaurant, and the Wok buffet Chinese Restaurant. There is also another very good Chinese buffet style restaurant called The Wok buffet Libre which is contained in the Hispania Shopping centre, this is situated opposite the Mercadona.
In the village of Roldan there are a number of restaurants which have been recommended to us. Firstly there is an Italian restaurant on the main road as you enter the village and also an English restaurant called Twist which is situated in the industrial estate on the left hand side as you enter the village. You can also choose from several restaurants on the La Torre complex which are all located by the town centre / club house.
Places of interest - The whole region offers great interest for lovers of history, architecture, religion, art and nature. Murcia city, Caravaca de la Cruz and Cartagena are well worth a visit. Murcia has many historical churches, a large shopping area and it is also the regions capital. Cartagena is a large historic walled sea port with plenty to see and do.
